Is every mat made to order?

Yes. We print each mat after you order, with exactly the wording you give us, and dispatch it within 1–2 working days.

Will my mat look like the preview?

The preview uses the same layout and lettering as our print files, so spacing and letters match. Coir is a natural fibre, so texture and tone vary a little from mat to mat.

What does delivery cost?

UK delivery is free. Delivery to the United States is $8.90. See delivery and returns for times.

Can I change my wording after ordering?

Email us as soon as you can. We can change it until your mat goes to print, which is usually the same or next working day.

Can I return a personalised mat?

Because each mat is made to your wording, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right. Read the details.

Where should I use my mat?

Covered porches, sheltered front doors and boot rooms. Keep it away from heavy rain and standing water, and it will last for seasons.
